Clayton County is home for me. I’ve traveled around the world, lived in multiple states, and there’s no place I’d rather call home than Clayton County, Georgia. I grew up surrounded by the promise that this County had to offer: thriving businesses, schools committed to excellence, and the state’s largest economic engine, but over the years it’s become clear that we’re not living up to our potential. Real change begins at home.
When I imagine a future for Clayton County, I see the opportunities for growth. We need to attract quality grocery stores to eliminate food deserts, expand parks and recreational activities, and improve the quality of life for every resident.
In my years as a community organizer, I’ve spent a lot of time on the ground talking to folks, and I understand the need for responsive and engaging representation.
Together, we can reimagine the future of Clayton County.
